I'm worried that when I start work, I doesn't have much time to accompany you but you comfort me by telling me that you wouldn't mind, but which girl doesn't want boyfriend to be with them. :) At least now I have about 4 more months to accompany you before I start work.

PERSONAL COMMENT

 Julia Roberts doesn't look that evil after all, but she is definitely a good 'bitchy' queen I can say. Along with the evil queen is the good helper Nathan Lane,

he is an important supporting role in this movie. After he turn into a cockroach, I can't forget that he actually say, 'the grasshopper take advantage of me'. It's kinda 18SX if you understand the meaning.

The Prince, Armie Hammer

is able to handle 2 characters well, one as a prince who always come naked, in love with the princess and on the other hand the prince who fall for the love portion from the evil queen. The puppy character is like wow! How could you act like a puppy!

For Lilly Collins

She suits to be the princess, being quite innocent, intelligent and brave when fighting the evil queen. What I think really helps Collins in this movie would be the 7 dwarves! You won't forget them.

Having the dwarves constantly steal our attention makes the show very interesting. How one of them says, Its between US. Their expression impressed me.

Besides that, their costume is kinda colorful, nice and attractive. Even if the movie is not nice, maybe checking out the costumes is cool enough.

So overall, kinda funny, some laughter here and there, not really scarry unless the puppet part, and lastly I didn't really expect the ending, so I assume it's a good plot for me.
Make sure you watch till the end, now I understand why at the end Collins sing and dance like those Bollywood movie! The director is from India.  (Highlight the text if you want to check it out.)

Lu's business partner, Mark, is from Taipei. Mark is a ladies man and he always and only dates women who are young, beautiful and chic. His fondest memories were from living with father, who has passed away, in the Chinese old-style courtyard house. Therefore, after his much business success, Mark always wanted to buy a Chinese old-style courtyard house in Beijing.

XiaoYe is a single mother working in Beijing as a real estate agent. She is not young, nor is she stylish. She spends most of her time and energy taking care of her five years old son. One day, Mark meets XiaoYe looking for a place to buy. Through the process, Mark starts to develop feelings for XiaoYe and also her son. 

PERSONAL COMMENT

This movie is clearly similar with English movies like Valentine's Day and New Years Eve. It is also same with Chinese movies like Love in Space (全球热恋) directed by Tony Chan.

It should be a movie on cinema during Valentine's day but somehow a delay screening for Malaysia?

Alright back to the actor and actress, somehow I feel Zoe ( 舒淇) and Doze Niu (鈕承澤) really fits the character, Zoe really have the looks of relying on middle age man to live and the middle age man would be Doze Niu. The chemistry is there, and the actors that play the role do really helped.

Plot also shows a complicated relationship. Whereby not all relationship is perfect.

Like Mark (趙又廷), he doesn't have confidence in relationship, while for Kai (彭于晏) really love Ni but had sex with YiJia and is a dad now.

I found that the website template is simple and nice, not too many other ads that would divert your concentration.

There are also few improvements which I think is required for this website.

For each car ad, maybe a Comment section, for Buyers to ask question, rather than sending an e-mail to the car dealer and wait for their reply.

It is more convenient for the Buyer if there is a comment section, dealer can also direct interact with potential buyers.

It is also better to further improve search, like Advanced Search for certain range.

For example I want cars selling from RM30,000 - RM100,000 and etc.

Random talk- Boys&Girls (Part 1)

Sometimes, you get a girl to like you, then she ditches you.

Life is hard, move on!

*but I doubt not everyone can do it.*

Girls win most of the arguments and have most of the power.

Why?

1.Tears
crying or burst of tears will just make the guy's heart melted. Next, we will try out best to comfort them.





2. Talk about past
you did wrong 1 thing, you apologize, she forgive you. You think that everything is settle but too bad, they take it down, they remember it deeply, she will always use this issue for later arguments.

Girls/Boys tend to get jealous
if we spend too much time with the opposite sex.
Some partners are understanding, perhaps they know that in this world there are so many people and friends, it is impossible for you to control them.

If you feel jealous, you can always talk to your partner, let them know how you feel, this is one of the way to understand each other.
As long as they themselves control, it is okay. Don't expect to check their calls, their e-mails, their messages, you are controlling them like you control your pet.
TRUST them.

For boys out there,

-never show off too much
-don't be silly and goofy
-makes sure you have good friends who won't try to spanner the girl you like

A crush is like a love disease, a disease that can drive you mad.
You think of her every time, but do you think that she will think of you?

Straight to the point - Feelings.
Don't tell me you can develop the feelings when you have no interest of that girl at all, most of the time we started it off with a good feelings towards girl.

How to attract girls attention?
it requires a lot of work.
You want the girl to notice you, but don't draw too much attention to yourself, she will think that you are crazy.
Start a conversation with a girl.
Not just a normal Hi.
Girls tend to like funny guys, add in some elements of jokes during your conversation.

You get the girl, what you do next?
Appreciate them, treat them good, communicate with them, share your taught and feelings.
But remember, guys are not just suppose to do all this, you need the girls to do part of their role too. And girls out there, if you think that all the time,

At my current age right now- teenagers,
most of them involved in a play-dump relationship, you don't think about the future, you just enjoy the process, which I think it is quite true FOR NOW.

I tend to believe in a stable-independent relationship, and not those play-dump relationship.
But it seems like, you really need to sacrifice a lot, not just physically but also MENTALLY!
Your maturity mind of taught.

Rich conflict

A man started to work hard for his living. He tells himself that he wants to be the famous chef.
He slowly builds up his own restaurant and company.

After 20 years of working hard, his family becomes so rich.
He passed away, and the company was passed to his wife.

His wife helps him a lot in running this company. She does not worry much because she has 2 sons and a daughter to help her.

The daughter gets greedy and wanted to have the company under her control.
The eldest son develops another company, and sells off the shares to the daughter.
He just wants this family to be peaceful.

The mum makes a will and she told the family that the eldest son will not get everything from her. Most of the shares are given to the daughter, the 2nd son and the 2nd son's wife.

6 month before she pass away, she changes the will. This time, she didn't want to tell inform who is getting the shares and etc. She just keeps quiet.

During the reading session of the will after she passed away, eventually the shares are equally share between the son and the remaining for her daughter.
The 2nd son's wife did not get a single share. The 2nd son's wife thinks that she will get the shares because most of the time, she is the one who always accompany her, she is just trying to act good in front of her.

Why would when someone is rich enough already, they still get so greedy and want to take others property?

Money minded!
If it is your own family business or property and you have the good intention to protect family business, I don't mind you taking over the company.

But this time, you have siblings and they are part of the share holder of the business too. Why would you want to own their shares and take over the company, why can't you work with your siblings?
The son's wife tries to take over the company shares too.

Thank god, their parents makes a wise choice, willed the company equally to their 2 sons more shares than the daughter, after they pass away. The son's wife gets nothing.

The company is still control by the sons.

Don't try to get something which is not yours, if you want wealth, work hard for it. Work hard and I trust that you will deserve what you work hard for!

No Strings Attached

No strings attached?
I can say that I have no strings attached.
Single or available.

We have the Bluetooth technology now!
so most of the devices are no strings attached to it.
You want to connect your laptop with internet connection - WIRELESS
You want to use your mouse/keyboard - WIRELESS
You want to use your handfree - WIRELESS

Somehow, I hope bluetooth technology can just connect everything!
Why not.
Drive a car without steering wheel?
Transfer house hold electricity without wire?

Hopefully someone will produce such XXXtooth technology.

Too much wire will just make everything complicated.
You don't even know which is which and you need to take time to sort it out.
Especially when you open up your PC and you can found different types of wire.
I am not a computer geek so it takes time for me.

Let's talk about some of the cons of No strings attached technology.
You get to connect everything, it seems perfect, but the connection is unstable.
For example just a damn xxx brand wireless broadband will make me become frustrated of it.
Keep Connect/Disconnect. How am I going to download my private stuff?

Don't worry you have p1 wimax now!

Another thing, bluetooth technology tends to cover a small coverage area.
Once you are out of 100metre and your connection is gone.
Can the scientist quickly think of something better to use?
At least a wider area?

Too bad. but wireless technology still need time to develop.

My Favourite Sport

Sports.
I am sure all of you are active in sports.
I don't dare to say that I am really in love with Badminton,
but once you ask me what is my favourite sport, I will definitely answer

BADMINTON

I had been thinking what makes me so in love with badminton.
I think it must be my dad's influence!
Still remember when I'm just a kid, I saw my dad with a cool beg.
So I am damn curious and I asked,"Daddy..what is it inside?"
Dad show me what is inside, and that is my first time looking such nice Yonex badminton racquet.
My dad doesn't want to let me hold the racket, maybe the racquet is too expensive.
And i think he's afraid that I'll break all the fragile stuff at home
Somehow after some time, he bought me my very first pair of racquet.
The first time I played badminton was at the backyard behind my house.
I tried to play with my neighbour.
But it seems like all the time, the shuttle cock just fell into the smelly drain.
We have to pick it up from the drain and continue play it again.
I am sure that most of them started to play badminton at an empty space.

What I can't forget is that, somewhere around when I am standard 4 or 5.
I eventually found out from my friend that I am having a lousy racket.
Let me show you the racquet which I still keep it for my small cousin to play.
Look at the brand. Some cheap China Brand - XingRong
I feel like get conned, but my dad advice me to train properly first.

Obviously after some time playing with my dad, I started to demand a better racquet.
Around 70 bucks for a Yonex Muscle Power racquet.

I usually play with my bunch of school mates at the school hall.
Badminton is not all about hitting, but Accuracy, Strength and Technique.
You need to have stamina to play a 21 point game x 2 set or 3 set.
You need to know where will your opponent hit the shuttle cock to, in order to defend.
You need to know when is the time to smash.
You need to know when to trick your opponent.

My friends used to went for training but I didn't since I just treat it as a past time.
I am not going to pursue it as my career like our Malaysia Badminton Player
