Who Will Win the World Cup?

Straight after the exciting Thomas & Uber cup 2010 (badminton), the next greatest football event will be FIFA World Cup 2010
(11June-11July)

the most anticipated sports event this year. No doubt illegal betting will increase too.

If you are asking me personally who do I think will win the world cup this year, I would straight point towards England.
I know they just won 1 time at 1966 @ their home ground organizing the World cup but
the fact that I support England, I still have the strong feelings that they will win the world cup.

Not to say that, they are famous football stars such as David Beckham, Gary Neville & Rooney, then they will win the World cup, but it is because they have a pretty good line up there!

For Defender,
we have John Terry, Ashley Cole, Glen Johnson & Rio Ferdinand as the captain of the England team, which is yet to be confirmed.

For Mid-fielder,
we have Steven Gerrard, Frank Lampard, Joe Cole, & Walcott who just age 21 years old.

For striker,
we have Rooney & Peter Crouch.
Hopefully Rooney will get well from the injury.

We have great defender-midfielder & striker, so what do you think? All they need is the luck and spirit!

who is very potential and able to guide the team into the next level to gain the World Cup champion title!

Road Trip with My Broadband

You see this coming trip I am going to go to Langkawi with my 10 buddies.
It is sad that you can't have internet connection!
LOOK AT ME right now.
I am currently at friends apartment just because his apartment has wifi connection!
Everything would be easier if I apply for p1 Wiggy now! I am able to connect to the internet.

I can update my twitter status and share to my readers where am I visiting right now. Too bad I don’t have a high technology handphone like blackberry and iphone, I have to online through the laptop!

Not to forget to upload all my nice & wonderful photos once after I am free at the hotel!
I can also update my blog regarding my wonderful trip.
Most importantly, when we run out of ideas where to go, we can always check online to search for interest places. And also search for famous & delicious food! Anyway it is damn difficult to find interesting food to eat. Hardly find any nice food there but for drinks we can have tonnes of liquor and beer. Drink beer like drinking soft drinks, because it is very cheap!

My Favourite Sport

Sports.
I am sure all of you are active in sports.
I don't dare to say that I am really in love with Badminton,
but once you ask me what is my favourite sport, I will definitely answer

BADMINTON

I had been thinking what makes me so in love with badminton.
I think it must be my dad's influence!
Still remember when I'm just a kid, I saw my dad with a cool beg.
So I am damn curious and I asked,"Daddy..what is it inside?"
Dad show me what is inside, and that is my first time looking such nice Yonex badminton racquet.
My dad doesn't want to let me hold the racket, maybe the racquet is too expensive.
And i think he's afraid that I'll break all the fragile stuff at home
Somehow after some time, he bought me my very first pair of racquet.
The first time I played badminton was at the backyard behind my house.
I tried to play with my neighbour.
But it seems like all the time, the shuttle cock just fell into the smelly drain.
We have to pick it up from the drain and continue play it again.
I am sure that most of them started to play badminton at an empty space.

What I can't forget is that, somewhere around when I am standard 4 or 5.
I eventually found out from my friend that I am having a lousy racket.
Let me show you the racquet which I still keep it for my small cousin to play.
Look at the brand. Some cheap China Brand - XingRong
I feel like get conned, but my dad advice me to train properly first.

Obviously after some time playing with my dad, I started to demand a better racquet.
Around 70 bucks for a Yonex Muscle Power racquet.

I usually play with my bunch of school mates at the school hall.
Badminton is not all about hitting, but Accuracy, Strength and Technique.
You need to have stamina to play a 21 point game x 2 set or 3 set.
You need to know where will your opponent hit the shuttle cock to, in order to defend.
You need to know when is the time to smash.
You need to know when to trick your opponent.

My friends used to went for training but I didn't since I just treat it as a past time.
I am not going to pursue it as my career like our Malaysia Badminton Player

But why do I consider it as best spot?
1. I can grab any stuff I feel like eating and just eat in front of the computer.


2. I can drink Sheridan's coffee,
when I am super tired but still trying the best to update my blog!

3. When the weather is super hot outside reach up to 38 degree celcious
I can switch on my air-conditioner and relax in my room surfing the net.

4. I can lock myself in the room doing something every guy who have girlfriend will do.
Which is having a video conversation with girlfriend.
Video conversation with your girlfriend is not a private stuff, but doing all the funny expression get your girlfriend's smile is a private stuff which I don't want my family members to see it.

5. Internet connection speed up to 1mb/s,
will increase my efficiency of surfing the net and reduce the time spend surfing the net.
But it is just bull shit.
Most of the time when I tell myself I want to spend 1 hour on surfing the net,
I actually spend up to 2 hours.

6. I can jump into my bed anytime when I feel tired after surfing the net.
Switch off the light and just sleep.

I watched all the episode of Project Alpha season 1, but guess who is driving me to watch Project Alpha.

At first, it was Kennysia

I found out that he is featured in the Project Alpha Season 1, so I tell myself that I must watch him appear in front of the big screen.
Looking at all his funny expression in his blog, he really attracts me!
